Dear America, this is what panic mode looks like: a president blinded by a false reality of autocratic power, who treats his presidency the same way he handled his position on The Apprentice. What Americans see right now is what utter lack of intelligence looks like when it occupies the highest office in the land. When trash this filthy creeps its way into the innermost sanctum of the nation, Americans can only expect garbage results.
Trump’s latest wave of the wand led to the firing of Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who was perhaps one of the only competent members of the Trump administration. Last year, Trump and Tillerson’s relationship began to deteriorate after news surfaced that Tillerson questioned Trump’s intelligence. The debased president later challenged Tillerson to an I.Q. showdown – that never happened.
More recently, Tillerson began openly saying that there is Russian interference in U.S. elections, and it can’t be stopped. Now, he is magically fired from the Trump administration.
Under Secretary of State Steve Goldstein said in a statement regarding Tillerson’s firing:
“The Secretary did not speak to the President this morning and is unaware of the reason, but he is grateful for the opportunity to serve, and still believes strongly that public service is a noble calling and not to be regretted.”
Goldstein added, “He established and enjoyed relationships with his counterparts. He will miss his colleagues at the Department of State and enjoyed working together with the Department of Defense in an uncommonly robust relationship.”
WOW: Tillerson had "every intention of staying… did not speak to the President and is unaware of the reason," according to Under Sec of State Goldstein. pic.twitter.com/3i4PDIE4fT

Trump fired Tillerson via tweet:
Mike Pompeo, Director of the CIA, will become our new Secretary of State. He will do a fantastic job! Thank you to Rex Tillerson for his service! Gina Haspel will become the new Director of the CIA, and the first woman so chosen. Congratulations to all!
